We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a strong understanding of production processes within the power sector. You will be responsible for optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the smooth operation of our power generation facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards in all production activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new production strategies.
Generate reports on production performance and key metrics.
