Production Manager

Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and optimize various production processes within our banking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of banking products and services, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of operational workflows, risk management, and team leadership within a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet business objectives and client demands.
- Supervise and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
