We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate looking to kickstart their career in production management within the oil and gas sector. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production workflows and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Participate in the training and development of production staff.
- Support the development and implementation of new production techniques and technologies.
