Production Manager (Oil & Gas)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a background in Oil & Gas to oversee and manage production operations within our entertainment division. This unique role requires a candidate who can leverage their expertise in large-scale project management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency from the Oil & Gas sector to enhance our film and television production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation plans, drawing parallels from Oil & Gas operational best practices.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for all production activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, adapting Oil & Gas safety protocols where applicable.
• Manage and lead production teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Liaise with creative teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth production execution.
• Identify and mitigate production risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
