We are seeking a diligent and organized Production Manager with 1-2 years of experience to oversee production operations. While the role title specifies 'Oil & Gas', this is a unique opportunity within the Electronic Components / Semiconductors industry. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and demonstrate strong analytical and management skills to ensure efficient production processes and quality standards. This role is based in our Lucknow facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.
Maintain inventory records and ensure efficient material management.
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations.
Prepare production reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
Coordinate with other departments, including procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Support in training and guiding junior production staff.
