Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager / Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience to oversee and optimize production processes within our organization. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and logistics.
- Implement and improve production schedules, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the training and supervision of production staff.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
