We are seeking a diligent and organized Production Manager / Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is crucial for overseeing and streamlining the operational processes within our investment banking division. The ideal candidate will be a 12th Pass graduate with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily operational tasks, supporting our deal teams and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables for various investment banking transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ongoing projects and client engagements.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other critical client-facing documents.
Identify and report any operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all operational activities.
