Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities for various construction projects.

- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to resolve operational issues.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the production floor and construction sites.
- Supervise and guide junior technicians and site personnel.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports for management.
