Production / Manufacturing Head (1-3 Yrs) | Vishakhapatnam

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Production / Manufacturing Head with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily production operations to ensure targets are met.

Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.

Support in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring adherence.

Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high product standards.

Participate in inventory management and material planning activities.

Assist in training and supervising junior production staff.

Contribute to the implementation of safety protocols on the shop floor.
