Production / Manufacturing Head (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production / Manufacturing Head to oversee and manage our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and high-quality production of our medicinal products. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background and 2-4 years of relevant experience to drive operational excellence and contribute to our mission of providing accessible healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production strategies to meet company objectives and market demands.

Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, WHO), and safety protocols.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Manage inventory, raw material procurement, and finished goods release in coordination with supply chain and quality assurance departments.

Monitor production performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Participate in process validation, equipment qualification, and new product introduction activities.
