Production / Manufacturing Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production / Manufacturing Head to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production output, aligning with the company's strategic goals and standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes within the design and consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet demand forecasts and quality standards.
- Manage all aspects of the manufacturing floor, including personnel, equipment, and processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures.
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
- Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Manage inventory levels, raw material procurement, and supply chain logistics related to production.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and sales teams to ensure product innovation and market responsiveness.
- Drive initiatives for automation and technological advancements in the manufacturing unit.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the production staff.
