Production / Manufacturing Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production / Manufacturing Head to lead our manufacturing operations within India. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of aerospace components and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and a proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet company objectives and market demands.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including assembly, fabrication, and quality control.
- Manage and mentor a team of production managers, supervisors, and skilled workers.
- Ensure adherence to strict quality standards, safety regulations, and aerospace industry best practices.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction.
- Implement and manage lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
- Monitor production performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Manage production budgets and resource allocation.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new manufacturing technologies.
