Production / Manufacturing Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production / Manufacturing Head to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of automotive components. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of manufacturing principles within the auto components sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet company objectives and market demands.
- Manage and optimize all manufacturing processes, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Oversee plant operations, including resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors, engineers, and shop floor personnel.
- Manage production budgets and control costs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Drive innovation in manufacturing techniques and technologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
