Production / Manufacturing Head

Role Summary: We are seeking a Production / Manufacturing Head with a B.Sc degree and 2-4 years of experience to oversee and optimize our production processes within the EdTech manufacturing vertical. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our learning materials and associated hardware, contributing to our mission of making quality education accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Implement and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to ensure smooth transition of new products into manufacturing.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain for timely procurement.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility.

Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
