Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production / Manufacturing Head with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for an individual with an MCA degree looking to contribute to the efficient operations of our industrial equipment manufacturing division. You will be instrumental in overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitor daily production output and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as required.
Support the implementation of new technologies and processes within the manufacturing environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
