Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Production & Manufacturing team in India. This role will involve overseeing various aspects of our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to standards within our sports and leisure goods manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and a passion for sports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods related to production.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for management.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.
- Train and mentor junior production staff.
