Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Production & Manufacturing team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and compliant production of pharmaceutical products, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality medicines. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various aspects of pharmaceutical production processes, including formulation, filling, packaging, and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering, to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all production personnel.
