Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Production Associate. This role will involve supporting various aspects of the jewellery manufacturing process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the gems and jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily production activities and workflows.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Support in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with different production units and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Identify and report any production bottlenecks or quality issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
