Role Summary:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production - Other professionals with 3-4 years of experience for our Chandigarh facility. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their schooling (Graduation Not Required) and possess a strong understanding of production processes within the energy sector. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of our power generation units, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of power generation equipment.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks as per the operational schedule.
- Record and report operational data accurately, including energy output, fuel consumption, and equipment status.
- Identify and report any operational anomalies or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Support in managing inventory of spare parts and consumables for the production unit.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor operational issues under guidance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
