Production - Other - Import & Export (2-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our Import & Export division in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com degree and 2-4 years of experience in production or a related field, with an understanding of import/export processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production operations, contributing to our company's global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.

Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless production flow.

Assist in the planning and scheduling of production runs, considering import and export timelines.

Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on output, efficiency, and any deviations.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards within the production facility.

Support in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods relevant to production.

Liaise with the import/export team to understand product specifications and delivery requirements.
