This role will be instrumental in enhancing production processes, product aesthetics, and user experience within our petrochemical and plastics manufacturing operations in Thane. You will leverage your design thinking and understanding of materials to contribute to product development and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to translate design concepts into manufacturable products.
- Analyze and optimize existing production workflows from a design and user-centric perspective.
- Develop and refine product prototypes, considering material properties, aesthetics, and functional requirements.
- Conduct user research and apply design principles to improve product usability and market appeal.
- Contribute to the selection and application of new materials and manufacturing techniques.
- Prepare design documentation, including sketches, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Ensure design compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues with a focus on design integrity and aesthetic quality.
