Production Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a team to achieve production targets in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide production teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of batch manufacturing.

Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines.

Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMRs), and other relevant documentation.

Identify and resolve production-related issues and deviations promptly.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment.

Conduct training for new and existing team members on production processes and safety protocols.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
