Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Professor with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to contribute to the future of event and live entertainment design education. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering cutting-edge curriculum, fostering a creative learning environment, and guiding students in conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions for live experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and design critiques for courses related to event design, experience design, spatial design, and digital integration in live entertainment.
Mentor and guide students on their design projects, providing constructive feedback and fostering critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the events and live entertainment industry, integrating them into the curriculum.
Collaborate with industry professionals and faculty to enhance the practical relevance and industry-alignment of the academic programs.
Contribute to the development of new course materials, assessment methods, and program initiatives.
Assist in student recruitment, admissions, and academic advising.
