Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Professor with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our esteemed educational wing in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, developing curriculum, and mentoring students in computer applications and related fields within the context of our engineering and construction operations. This role is crucial for nurturing talent and ensuring our workforce is equipped with the latest technological knowledge relevant to our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions to students pursuing computer application-related courses.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment methods to align with industry best practices and L&T's technological needs.
- Mentor and guide students, providing academic support and career advice, particularly in areas relevant to construction technology and project management software.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in computer applications, data analytics, and their application in the engineering and construction sector.
- Collaborate with L&T's technical departments to understand industry requirements and integrate them into the academic curriculum.
