We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Professor with a B.Sc. degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our esteemed training division in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training on industrial equipment and machinery to our workforce, ensuring they are proficient in operation, maintenance, and safety protocols. This role is crucial in enhancing the technical skills and operational efficiency of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various industrial equipment and machinery, including their principles of operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
Conduct practical training sessions and demonstrations, ensuring hands-on experience for trainees.
Assess trainee performance through theoretical and practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial equipment technology and incorporate them into training programs.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to identify training needs and curriculum development.
