Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Professor of Event Management & Production to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs for our event management professionals, focusing on cutting-edge industry practices, operational excellence, and creative event design. You will contribute to shaping the future talent pool for India's vibrant live entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum for event management, including conceptualization, planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, risk assessment, and on-site execution.
• Teach courses on live entertainment production, stage management, technical production (sound, lighting, AV), and creative design for various event formats (concerts, festivals, corporate events, brand activations).
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the global and Indian events and live entertainment industry.
• Mentor and guide participants, providing constructive feedback and fostering a learning environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with industry partners and internal teams to ensure curriculum relevance and practical application of learned concepts.
• Assess participant performance through various evaluation methods, including assignments, projects, and presentations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and educational methodologies.
