We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Program Manager to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to impactful educational initiatives. The Program Manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of educational programs, ensuring they align with Pratham's mission and objectives. You will work closely with program staff, community members, and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for children and youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies and operational plans.
• Support day-to-day program activities, including coordination with field staff, partners, and beneficiaries.
• Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting to track program progress and impact.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among program stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and community events.
• Support in managing program budgets and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
