Program Manager (2-3 Yrs) for Zydus Lifesciences

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager with a B.Pharma background and 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the pharmaceutical domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role requires a blend of scientific understanding and project management acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute pharmaceutical development and manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, ICH).

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
