Program Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives within our global operations. The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth across our ports and shipping network. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies and the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage program plans, including scope, budget, resources, and timelines for multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program portfolio.
- Oversee the procurement and management of external vendors and partners.
- Monitor program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on outcomes.
- Facilitate program reviews and decision-making processes.
- Ensure successful transition of project deliverables to operational teams.
