Program Manager

Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple strategic banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of banking operations and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve program objectives.
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on status to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all program stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of third-party services.
- Implement and adhere to project management best practices and HDFC Bank's governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts within program teams.
