Program Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee key strategic initiatives within our Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences division in India. The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on program status to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts to ensure program success.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships as required.
- Conduct post-program reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices.
