Role Summary:
Ninjacart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives within our agricultural supply chain operations. This role is crucial for driving efficiency, scalability, and impact across our farmer-producer network and business customer base. The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for strategic agricultural initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams (operations, technology, farmer relations, business development) to achieve program goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and operational processes.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management with internal teams, farmers, and business partners.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Ninjacart's growth in the agri-tech sector.
