Program Manager - Facility Management Services

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various facility management projects, ensuring efficient operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor facility management projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and optimize facility management processes and systems.
- Track project performance and provide regular reports on progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic facility management plans.
