Program Manager - Manufacturing

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Program Manager with a background in design to oversee manufacturing programs. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management acumen, and a strong understanding of design principles to drive innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end program lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration between design, engineering, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple manufacturing programs from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Translate design concepts and user needs into actionable manufacturing plans and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with product design, R&D, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
- Develop and implement program strategies, roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on program progress and performance.
- Drive process improvements and innovation within manufacturing operations, leveraging design thinking methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
