Program Manager - Manufacturing

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to oversee and drive manufacturing initiatives within our rapidly expanding telecommunications and digital services division. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and timely execution of manufacturing programs, from planning and procurement to production and quality control, aligning with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality Assurance) to define manufacturing strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and management for manufacturing components and services.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
• Track program performance, generate regular reports, and present updates to senior management.
• Manage program budgets, forecast expenditures, and control costs effectively.
