Role Summary:
Kalaam is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive manufacturing-related programs. This role is crucial for optimizing our production processes, ensuring quality control, and managing the supply chain for our language technology hardware components and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic manufacturing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end manufacturing processes, from sourcing and procurement to production and quality assurance.
• Oversee supply chain management, including vendor selection, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure product standards are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for all manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches and production runs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
