Program Manager - Manufacturing

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive manufacturing-focused initiatives within our investment banking division. This role will involve managing end-to-end program lifecycles, from ideation and planning to execution and closure, with a specific emphasis on manufacturing sector clients and investments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and operational excellence, combined with robust program management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple manufacturing-related investment banking programs simultaneously.
- Develop detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with deal teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to define program objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in program execution.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to senior management and relevant parties.
- Conduct due diligence and provide insights on manufacturing operations for potential investments or M&A transactions.
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency gains within client organizations or internal projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and external consultants as required.
