Program Manager - Manufacturing - Animation & VFX Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our manufacturing operations team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong financial acumen, preferably holding an M.Com degree, who can contribute to the efficient execution of manufacturing programs within the dynamic Animation & VFX sector. You will be instrumental in coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for raw materials and equipment.
- Track program costs, analyze variances, and prepare financial reports for management.
- Maintain program documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Contribute to capacity planning and resource allocation for manufacturing operations.
- Liaise with quality control teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
