We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager - Manufacturing with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to build a career in manufacturing program management within the leather industry. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, supply chain, and R&D, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
- Support in the implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies within the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and procurement activities related to manufacturing projects.
- Contribute to post-project evaluation and lessons learned sessions.
