Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Program Manager - Manufacturing with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes for electric vehicles and components within the urban transport sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong B.Tech/B.E. background and a passion for sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing programs for electric vehicles and their components.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing milestones.
- Track program progress, identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate in the development and refinement of manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures.
- Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for manufacturing-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards within the manufacturing facilities.
- Generate reports on program performance and present findings to stakeholders.
