We are seeking a motivated and organized Program Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to kickstart their career in the critical Indian Railways sector. You will support senior management in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various railway infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Monitor project activities, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
Support in resource allocation and management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication between different project teams and departments.
