We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager - Technology / IT with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will leverage their Master of Design (M.Des) background to bridge the gap between technological innovation and user-centric product development within the semiconductor industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of technology programs from conception to delivery, focusing on efficient resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for technology initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
• Track program milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply design thinking principles and user-centered methodologies to ensure technology solutions meet market needs.
• Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-launch analysis.
