Program Manager - Technology / IT

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple technology and IT projects within Tata Steel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving digital transformation across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies within a large-scale industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risk assessment for multiple concurrent IT projects.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
- Define project governance structures and ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on program status to senior management.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Ensure successful integration of new systems and solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and management for IT-related services and solutions.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to continuously improve project management practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
