Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to oversee and drive technology and IT initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for all IT projects.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Monitor program performance against key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and IT processes.
