Program Manager - Technology / IT

Role Summary:
upGrad is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of technology and IT-related programs. This role is crucial for ensuring that our technology initiatives align with business objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mitigating risks to ensure seamless program delivery in the fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of IT and technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and operations.
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations where applicable.
