Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee technology and IT initiatives within our Printing & Publishing operations. This role is ideal for a B.Pharma graduate looking to transition their analytical and project management skills into a dynamic corporate environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and IT projects within the Printing & Publishing domain.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and R&D, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and communicate project progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in all project phases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes.
- Leverage analytical skills developed during B.Pharma studies to understand complex technical requirements and their business implications.
