We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our growing team. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of our technology solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and architectural best practices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive innovation within our NBFC operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design of new software applications and enhancements to existing systems.
- Define and document architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks to improve system performance, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure the integration of various systems and applications.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs and ensure adherence to standards.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt.
