Project Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing all phases of architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring designs meet client needs and regulatory requirements. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to handover.
• Develop design concepts and prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project budgets.
• Conduct site visits and supervise construction activities.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
