Project Architect - Leather (3-5 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present architectural designs and concepts for new leather product lines and manufacturing facilities.

Collaborate with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and production requirements.

Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and monitor project progress.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
