Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support our project management team in the successful execution of packaging development and implementation projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for administrative support, tracking project progress, facilitating communication, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
- Organize and schedule project meetings and workshops.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues.
- Support the procurement process for project-related materials and services.
- Maintain effective communication channels among project team members and external partners.
